I grew up in the Metro Detroit area. During my many years working at a credit union, I was always establishing relationships with customers and fellow associates. I loved connecting with people and helping them, but I wanted something I could call my own. In 2019, I left desk life to start a cleaning company: Nice and Clean by Nicole. Plenty of my clients complimented my special attention to their needs instead of just checking things off a list. My nurturing approach to home cleaning might have seemed like a minor detail but it made a difference in the eyes of my clients, especially during the pandemic. But still, I wanted to see if I could do even more for them using other skills I gained. When I learned about home watch, I knew that was the right path for me… and the rest is history. In my spare time, I love to go boating, I’m a Detroit Lions fan, and I adore spending time with my dog Minni.
