We perform an interior and exterior visual walkthrough every visit, looking for leaks, water damage, mold, insect infestations, signs of vandalism, and other issues that may arise. Our experience and depth of inspection allows us to quickly identify potential issues that can arise in a residence. By checking for minor issues in structural, plumbing, electrical, low voltage, HVAC, and other systems, we can do our part in addressing minor issues before they turn into bigger (more expensive) problems.
If repairs or other work needs to be done, we coordinate large and small projects in your absence. This includes providing secure access for contractors and other service professionals, along with supervising their work to ensure the job is done right. Our cleaning, shopping and concierge services provide additional support and time savings. King’s Coastal will be your advocate, and will always represent your best interests when you are away.
Each client receives a detailed report of each site visit with pictures and an analysis of home systems. If something is amiss, we will contact you immediately.

King’s Coastal provides a complimentary light cleaning service prior to your return so you can settle right back in stress-free. We also offer deep cleaning services for a fee, which can be especially helpful for snowbirds who are gone for longer periods.
